A driving license, also known as a driver's licence is a legal document that allows for a person to operate motor vehicles. It is typically an electronic card that contains the bearer's name and photo, as well as the date and place of the issue.

The theory test

This licence is issued by the General Administration for Traffic Safety of Ministry of Internal Affairs. You can get the license by passing a theory and practice test on an approved program by the Ministry of Agriculture.
You must possess an official dealer's license in the event that you are a motor vehicle dealer. The dealer's license must be displayed on the vehicle you sell.
